Kinpira Julienne Peeler

Shaped like a regular vegetable peeler, you can use this to obtain long julienne strips of vegetables like carrots and burdock. Peel the skin of the vegetable before use. Place the vegetable on your cutting board and glide the peeler along vertically to obtain the thin strips.
