The cutting board's "basin" holds 2 dl of liquid. It has been enlarged to prevent flooding of, for example, the juices from a roast or whole roast bird. With the PS cutting board, all liquid stays on the cutting board.

Wood species: Beech

The cutting board has horizontal beech has perfect hardness/softness. The wooden handle is gentle on the user's hand and on the edge of the knife - without being porous or excessively soft.
Beech is a common, fast-growing and long-term durable wood, perfect for cutting boards.
Beech leaves are edible and beech is an excellent wood for cooking.

Dimensioned for the home kitchen

In a restaurant kitchen and in a home kitchen, slightly different requirements are placed on a cutting board. The dimensions, weight and material of the PS cutting board have been adapted to fit a "normal" kitchen counter. In a smaller kitchen, the cutting board can stand firmly over the sink.

PS cutting board for serving

PS cutting board works great as a serving tray for, for example, cheeses and charcuterie. The back of the cutting board is flat and holds a larger levain bread.

PS cutting board is manufactured in Poland under good working conditions and with raw materials from the local beech forest.
