2 1/2" Deep Anti-Jam Perforated Stainless Steel Steam Table, Full Size

The steam pan has perforations along its sides and bottom. These holes facilitate water drainage and steam circulation. This pan is made of 25-gauge stainless steel, so it's durable and unlikely to warp or corrode from normal use. It is full-sized, enabling it to be used in bulk food serving venues, such as buffet lines or receptions.
